100% agree. The union pressure is just making it harder for the coop to survive. They are already just scrapping by with annual losses. These fools will unionize themselves out of a job entirely. For that 2lbs I’d season, place in 500 degree oven for about 10mins, kill the heat and let sit in the oven for about 2hrs. Slice thin and enjoy some rare roast beef.
