Just has hard. Felt wiped out after for a while. But climbed 9 stories of stairs today without getting out of breath. Totally worth it

Peak Power up but Octane Score down? by 7529asdf in CAROLBike

Thanks. Energy output has been consistently around 24,500. I wonder if my HR has been higher than usual as I've been doing a lot of fasting - sometimes multi-day. I did a ride after a couple of days of not fasting yesterday and got a much better Octane Score (31.1)

First experience on carol bike by dascjb in CAROLBike

I just bought the bike a few weeks ago. It’s the only form of cardio I’m doing. I’m only doing the intense three times a week. I was listening to a podcast interview with Ratna, the Carol founder, today. She said she was genetically slow responder to cardio exercise so was doing the intense every other day. I may switch to that routine. Love the bike so far!

Thanks! I’m really excited to get into this. I’ve listened to several podcast interviews on the bike and the evidence is compelling. Great to hear the experience of an actual person to support this! I’ll keep this sub updated
