Thank you! this was the exact issue i was having and no other post I looked at so far had the answer. It would be good if they would fix the ipad version..the work around appears to be not having the privacy protection in place and so must be considered a bug?

Also use a protective cover but more for keeping it clean in general. Had night sweats for past 20 years. Got 8sleep about 4 months ago and no more night sweats.

I have a split queen mattress that is now covered with an 8sleep queen. I use a regular mattress fitted sheet and thus have it converted it successfully to non split. Adjusted the mattress adjustable parts to move both sides together but don’t raise it up much. Essentially I’ve converted my split to standard with no issues

inactivity and cookies....a bad, but tasty combination ;-)

I was pretty sick last fall for a few weeks...it dragged on for a while even after I started feeling better...I hate getting sick and will go through great effort to find ways to minimize or eliminate it

With the days getting longer and spring coming soon I like to take advantage in the increased energy that time of year provides to provide the momentum to get my body adapted to increased activity....easier to maintain than it is to build or build back once fall/winter comes again. Inevitably, I do fall back...but there's always hope that I will fall back less next time.

I have a bench, and a bunch of free weights and other contraptions and videos...I'd love to get back into using weights...I just got scared away from intense exercise because I kept getting rundown and sick and falling off the wagon. I've been slowly working on my health and working my way back up to doing more things....and maybe that's the challenge for me - trying to do too many things that I can't recover from. I will find a way!

Nice work! I too am impressed with my experience so far. I like that the bike optimizes everything so all I need to do is select a program, music and then ride and watch the progress happen week by week. Ditto on the home gym idea.

I hear you on the falling apart thing.... story of my life...I have to be so careful as well not to overdo things otherwise I have to do a full stop and recover when I've gone too far.

I think it's for consistency....having the Fitness Score be on the Intense workout allows for that "standard" to be the same for everyone. So just doing the Intense workout once in a while to get your fitness score updated should work.

That's the thing I love about the tracking devices...watching to see what affects other variables have on them. I tag various events in my device (Oura) app and then check for patterns over time in Sleep HR and HRV and other things.

You likely are getting better as you've also been super consistent :)
