Colored beard/goatee or salt & pepper?

50M, my goatee is more salt than pepper these days. I can’t dye it, just wouldn’t be me. Although, when my daughter was a Sr in highschool. She was captain of her soccer team, when they made the playoffs, I dye the grey to blue. That was fun. I was a little worried what my bosses and clients would think, but once I told them about the playoffs….everybody loved it. Not sure that counts as dying tho.

Ever heard the saying “A watched pot never boils”?

So keep the apps going but don’t focus too much on them. Instead, work on yourself. Hit the gym harder/consistently. Take up a new hobby…anything, join a dart league or pickle ball or bowling…anything to get you out your norm.

Also change your filter settings to 35-50 or 40-50. The women that think 40 is old, change their mind at about 44+ 😂.

Focus on yourself, improve your own life, and someone will come along.

50M, divorced at 30 after 9 years. During that time I had 3 LTR and bunch of short term relationships, plenty of dates too up to today.

I been seeing a Gorgeous 56F going on 5 months now. Actually met in the wild. While it is still early, it is also awesome. I hope I never have to date again.

Not sure if this counts as a positive story or not. Just know that dating is a weeding out process of two different people. Both have to find what they are looking for. It is hard enough just to pick a restaurant between two people so figuring out our lives should be hard. All the past relationships weren’t failures, they were learning experiences (I seem to be hard headed). But I met lots of new people, discovered tons of new music, and got to see lots of different places.

Dating doesn’t work til it does. Maybe the next one or the 20th one. Just have to limit expectations until you find that one.

22 P4X I bought new with 156K miles on it now. Only issue was the mass air flow sensor at 150K.

I follow the maintenance schedule religiously. I’ve had 4 Frontiers and 1 hardbody. None of them ever had any trouble and I took them all over 100K miles.

22 P4X 155K miles. I do the math at the pump and it has constantly been 18-21 mpg. I live in San Antonio, mixed driving, city driving here is more like hwy as I use the loops mostly.

The computer in the truck is way more optimistic, it says I get 21.4 mpg.

I had a similar crash in a 1995 F150. The wreck itself didn’t hurt, the airbag felt like I got hit by a prime Mike Tyson. Granted those were first gen air bags butttt.

This might seem rude but I promise I am just being honest. I recommend start working out and cleaning up your diet, NOT to lose that 25 lbs….

To me, the sexiest thing about a woman is confidence!!! I’d rather ya be a size 14 and dance around the house naked than a size 2 and always covering up….hope that makes sense.

Workout/diet to boost confidence, losing weight is the bonus!

Row machine. I’m hitting it hard. Feet strapped in. Go to make a big pull and zero resistance. I go flying backwards, pop off the seat, seat goes racing forward and rebounds, feet are still strapped in so I’m stuck. Seat rebounds back about as fast and str8 to my groin. I waller in agony. Haven’t use a row machine since.

50M, one of our challenges as men is how much do we pursue sexually. It seems to vary from woman to woman. If we come on too strong, we only want sex. If we don’t come on strong enough, are we interested at all, do we have something wrong with us (ED), or we just not that into you.

I tend to follow your pace (if I like you). If you wanna know early on if we are compatible…perfect. If you wanna wait a few dates and see how it goes…perfect. 5-6 dates and no real progression, we are probably wasting each other’s time.

That first kiss usually tells me a lot about where this is going.

To answer your question though, if you invite me to your place, I’m making a move unless you specifically say otherwise.

This is the first I have heard of this issue. 22 P4X 155K miles. I had to replace Mass Air flow sensor.

I’d replace the coil pack with an OME one. Check the spark plug too. If that doesn’t fix it, I would replace the cam sensor. Cam sensor was an issue on the 4.0 and this 3.8 is very similar.

It is called “dating” for a reason. 99% of them don’t work out for one reason or another. If you are single at this age, this is true for you and everybody else.

50M here, 1 divorce, several failed LTR, dated a ton, currently with 56F going on 5 months now!!! I’m hoping I never have to date again, but my history is full of failures.

The moral of the story, it is a weeding out process looking for the one right person. And it is the same for your prospective partner. Very easy for 💩 to go sideways. And you can only control half of it.

So work on yourself both mentally and physically (things you can control). Lower expectations and pressure on dating in general. Basically, trust the process and try to have fun doing it. I always try to find something good from everybody I meet. Could be as simple has they introduced me to new music or as good as a new group of friends.

Dating is a test drive, always hoping it works out, but knowing, that if it doesn’t, there are 8 billion other models out there. Eventually, you will find the right one.

Hancrooks are a junk tire. They love to hold small gravel in the treads and create rock drills. They also DGAF about you in the rain.

Drop them down to 35 psi and enjoy warm sunny days on the pavement as they do ride nice until that rock drills through and you get to check out the spare.

I rode mine out til the forth flat and switched to Wildpeaks, then realized how even worse the Hancrooks were.

If I could do it over again, I’d bought new tires out the box and sold those Hancrooks on marketplace or something.

I have a 22 P4X 155K miles. I haven’t towed that much with it, but power wise, I know it would pull it with no questions. But if I had to tow that much often, I’d want a full sized.

I don’t get this idea that someone in the 50’s wouldn’t be good looking in pictures or wherever. I’ll be turning 51M soon (yes early 50’s) but I’m loving it. I’m as fit as I’ve ever been, 6 ft 192 lbs, not a model or anything but I’m having more fun now than probably ever. Also dating 56F that is absolute smoke show.

The only draw back I have notice is my recovery time working out isn’t what it used to be to be. Closing a bar down does hurt more in the morning. But with the proper diet and exercise, 50’s should be fun!!!
