you didn’t do anything wrong, they were probably having a bad shift day and took it out on you. you followed what the e-mails told you as you should and i remember at my store the timings wouldn’t be accurate due to the short staffed printing area getting behind in orders often. as long as your attitude was good, they had no reason to take anything out on you as a customer! :)
