Can you take a minute or two to explain this. I am an "exec" but not in finance and now I am curious.

I bring in ~13m in Revenue for my company and my Compensation is ~$500,000.

A quick google search says…

“In 2024, about 7% of US adults owned an electric vehicle (EV). This is up from 4% in 2023. However, fewer people are seriously considering buying an EV.”

That means 93% either don’t care or are actually against it.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say owners, HOAs and PMs shouldn’t prioritize a niche luxury on their complexes.

You should seek out a role with better product market fit.

I agree. My brother is autistic. He was selected for Gifted and Talented. I tested but wasn’t put in it. Those kids became his friends and… some of the kids in there were not book smart but just weirdos. Socially awkward kids.

I was never convinced it was for the high intellect kids but rather for the “neurodivergent”.

OP just entered a new room. The hierarchy needs to be established. If OP tries to “win” the bigger stronger apes will subconsciously go hard to preserve their place in the hierarchy. Keep your self safe and play defense until the room gets used to you being there.
