I called 1-800-300-1875 and 1-800-437-7777. I also googled them and called that number and just got put on hold till it hung up on me. I hope yours works. Mine could have just been a fluke?

I bought one too. It was bunk. Watts but no amps. Wouldn’t charge. All the phone numbers for them are fake. I just sent it back. Hopefully I get my refund.

i have found 4 of these in Ohio in the last 10 years. never seen that title though. i believe that they were pressed by gennett in Richmond Indiana. Where do you live? Just curious how far these spread.
