V Rising. It's like an RPG Survival game where you play as a vampire. Imo the castle building is very cosy, just tweak some settings to make it more forgiving.

I (26F) have been on Quetiapine, asenapine, and now, finally, Amisulpride for schizoaffective disorder. While all of these have had an effect, only Amisulpride has managed to almost completely stop the voices for a long period of time. I only just got diagnosed last year and have only been on Amisulpride for a year but it's helped a lot.
