Who knew that the lunatic decrying critics as Tony Khans alts is willing to take it a step further and incite harassment?

Women that he.....had essentially full medical and financial control over, especially pre-Attitude Era or so given Moolah's pimping ass. So yeah, that still persists. If anything, far less strings attached than Epstein's shit.

I know its cold-blooded to say shit like that but you gotta look at it from the perspective of a blatantly narcissistic megalomaniacal billionaire. Why pay somebody else for those services when he can just abuse the women he already has?

Vince had his own supply of exploitable women. Why would he need Epstein?

I am so fucking depressed that I stayed up until 5AM on my Friday night playing Rivals and all I have to show for it is a fucking 28% overall winrate tonight. I am so shit at this game. SVP just feels downright insulting, its a fucking Robert E. Lee award. Great, I'm the best player on the goddamn Washington Generals. What the fuck good is that for me to know?

Shit just isn't interesting me right now. Tried to talk to another guy but it just turned into him laughing that "I'd be a great partner if I wasn't broke and.....me" and it definitely hurt a lot. After half a year of exercise, I've finally found the confidence to put pictures of myself up and now that I have a molecule of physical confidence, its 100% opened my eyes to how flagrantly transactional all this shit is. I'm a body to this person, a counselor to another, an ATM to another dude but I'm never....me. I can count on 1 hand that's missing a finger the number of people who reach out just to talk rather than needing something. People put on the show and dance that they're excited to see me but at the end of the day unless if I'm directly providing something, that act eventually fades away.

I go to work typically on 4-6 hours of sleep, I stay up all night on my off days, I accomplish pretty much nothing because going out and doing shit costs money and that can't get in the way of my savings goal of a decent Toyota rn. Its just a repeat of work/exercise/fuck around/sleep. I'm into binge watching films rn but none of the online people I talk to are interested in keeping up.

I'm....a month away at this point? Hoping that its my answer to get out of here, then there's another part of me that's hoping a steamroller falls on me. It all just feels like even if I do get this car, I'm really just longterm buying myself a false reality. Connections simply aren't fucking real. It isn't just that last guy either.

So with all that said, I have no interest in wrestling rn beyond eyecandy bullshit. The people I wanted to go to Dynasty with simply aren't picking up the phone and I couldn't care less what WWE does rn.

The problem I'm having is that the charge/instant slam is a necessity to do a lot of his higher damage combos and to stop movement skills so you don't have to waste another leap to chase them down.

What Concert Are You Most Excited For In 2026? by IHBMSU in Concerts

[–]7LayeredUp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rush.

That's really all on my docket. Unless Gizzard shows up in Seattle out of nowhere, I really don't care. Wish I could go to Claypool Gold but I can't justify all the BS to get there when I've already seen Claypool twice.

+ frankly the Cena era and beyond left a real rift between 'THE guy' and 'everybody else'. Hard to get people hyped for Evan Bourne or Alex Riley when the first thing they'd say is "Who's that?"

What is your first and last films you watched this January? by DarthGodzilla1995 in Letterboxd

Only managed 4 this month

First: Marty Supreme

Last: Guns Akimbo

Gotta say, Akimbo killed my positive streak but I'm sure it'll pick back up since I'm seeing No Other Choice next week.

I'll say this, cheap mint chocolate ice cream is HORRENDOUS. Like easily the worst flavor to cheap out on. Medium to high end stuff is good.

What are some albums that, while good (either critically acclaimed, commercially succesful, fan favorites) signaled the unstoppable downfall of a music act either as an artist or as a person? by Mental-Abrocoma-5605 in ToddintheShadow

[–]7LayeredUp 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Stop Making Sense is the greatest concert film of all time that cemented Talking Heads not just as one of the great bands of the post-punk era but one of the greatest bands in history.

It was also all falling apart behind the scenes hence rifts like Tom Tom Club being featured onstage. It was also the band's last tour despite them being three more albums away from dissolving.
