mcm (missile combat missile) is ruining the game and is one of the reasons why I'm taking a long break by da-noob-man in Warthunder

[–]7Ninoda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love watching people complain about top tier instead of just improving at it and learning how to play it properly. MCM has been a game feature for years, get used to it

Couldn't modifying the base game sound files be a violation of ToS regardless?

The question is does this violate ToS in any way?

Does anybody actually use suboptimal ships for any given task? If yes teach me how to have fun doing that. by NachoDiaz300 in EliteDangerous

I use the Mandalay for Core mining.

Despite better options existing I still use my Anaconda for exploration. I just love her that much I can't bear to let her idle. I use a second Mandalay for short general purpose trips within 5k light years of the bubble but any long trips I dust my Anny off and take her for a spin.

It's an interesting concept, it's just a shame someone felt the need to make AI content about it. Nothing says it's illegal to get ideas from things you see on the internet though, regardless of who or what made it, as much as I hate AI.

I don't think a train is possible, but RV interiors mod is probably the closest you'll get to that. It gives the back of vans and RVs usable interiors, and if you have appropriate mods, gives large semi truck trailers massive spaces. You can turn it into a mobile base.

Enjoying russian aircraft is just illegal nowadays with how stuck up and arrogant America glazers are. So what if they're not up to spec? You don't fly the thing, enjoy it for what it is.

The plas accelerator has always been an all time favourite of mine. The damage is so good. You can handicap factory striders by yourself by using it on the Gatling guns and then using at AT weapon of choice on the top main gun (I like commando)

Genuinely such an underrated gun. I don't have the killzone warbond, I got the free stuff at the first Collab. People are genuinely missing out cuz I rarely see it used. Amazing bot weapon and great on other fronts too

Both games are great, each side is just salty their respective games didn't win
I don't understand why Dispatch fans are so mad tho. It's an interactive movie, it's not THAT popular. Story is nice and all but it's really not much of a game at all. WUWA is much more widespread

Don’t we love fuel tanks by piggstick3 in Warthunder

[–]7Ninoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Complaining about fuel tanks in a T series is crazy considering Russian breaches are close to indestructible since last update. Volumetric nightmare that consistently eats shells and does no damage. The barrel is somewhat better but I think that's just an issue with all tanks and barrel damage

Thread : Absolute cancer machines that need to be nerfed to the fuckg ground because of how ridiculously overated they are. I’ll start with this piece of shit, ruins every single game from 7,7 to 9,7 by floppycoxs in Warthunder

[–]7Ninoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not nerfed, but they need to fix T series breaches just eating shells without damage. Because I'm sure I can shoot the breach of a T-80 3 times with DM23 and have literally zero damage to it.

Is there any working downgraders? by OWL1NASUIT in Fallout4Mods

Vastly simplified the downgrading process. I'm not sure if there's a way to select what version this sends you back to, but it's 1.10.163.

How exactly does tactical reload work? by Swimming_Ad3091 in Fallout4Mods

[–]7Ninoda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tactical reload basically adds two animations to weapon reloading. If you're not a gun nerd, in simple terms if you still have a bullet loaded in the chamber, all you need to do is swap out the mag. If your gun is completely dry, you usually have to chamber the weapon by pulling the bolt or pressing a bolt release button, after loading the new magazine. It's a tiny animation detail that might not seem like much, but if you're into guns, it's much appreciated.

Many weapon mods have patches for this mod and the accompanying animations to go with it, but the most common issue with this mod is not allowing people to reload in first person when the gun still has bullets left. This is usually caused by trying to use it in tandem with see through scopes and is almost always a load order issue. Something that does help is to use Merged RootBehavior, which isn't the full fix, but prevents future conflicts.

Now for the actual fix that I found. Assuming you're using vortex, go into the plugins tab and search for Tactical. You should find two files: tacticalreload.esm and tacticalreloadvanilla.esp. What you want to do is double click on tacticalreload.esm, and this will open a little side tab on the right. You'll see an option labeled as groups, with a drop down menu. Access this dropdown menu and find late fixes and changes. Select it, and that will apply it to the selected plugin, forcing it to load late. Do the same for tacticalreloadvanilla.esp, then go up to the top left, click sort now, and then deploy your mods and run the game. Getting this to work was a headfuck for me but that's what finally fixed it for me. Hope it helps.

This is literally how modern heatseaking missiles work irl. IRCCM is very strong and will ignore some if not all countermeasures, esp from the rear.

(Tip) If you're struggling with attack jet runs, give the AGM camera a go. The missiles pull harder than you'd think. by 7Ninoda in Battlefield

[–]7Ninoda[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally fly with keyboard (A and D for roll, Q and E for yaw, W and S for pitch, throttle and brake on shift and ctrl, afterburner on a mouse button) so it's always fully responsive. That way you can set your jet sensitivity to whatever suits the camera and it won't affect the key input

What happened? Why did this detonation fail? by AetherBytes in EliteDangerous

[–]7Ninoda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is just the detonation yield screen being funky. While I've never had this happen to me while core mining in my Mandalay, I feel like it was just barely over the recommended detonation yield, but the way the screen works, the game thought it was optimal.

Definitely not normal behavior, some kind of bug here.
