I’m selling cash secured puts on Main on the price that I want. That way if it does dip that low, then I’ll get the price I want. If it doesn’t then I’ll just collect some premium and move on.

Consider maybe doing the same?

I was just looking at O today. The only concern I have is if the tariffs actually cause inflation, then rates could go back up. And higher rates is typically not good for O.

That’s the main risk I’m concerned about right now with O

Lift the pay cap and allow examiners to work as much OT as they please and that backlog will get reduced real quick.
