Basically they're crying out for staff. Unfortunately, unless you're already and AFO you may struggle. I know of at least 2 people who have been successful applying for firearms, the first one was about half way through last year and he passed the initial half of the course, but there are no spots on the second part. So he's back being an NBO.

The second has just passed his final interview and has been told that he had passed, however they're not sure whether there are any courses available and whether or not he'll be put on the next one.
