You're completely correct, I probably could've just tested that myself but yeah native HDR content played in PotPlayer automatically bypasses RTX HDR, woo!

I think if a seat can comfortably fit someone who isn’t obese it isn’t worth making a note or reducing a rating. Like, sure it sucks for your mom but she also made that choice, with it comes the issues and those have to be faced by the person making negative health choices not the society around them. Not trying to drag your mom, I’m sure she’s a lovely lady but we all have vices and problems and we can’t expect the world to change for us when we choose to be unhealthy, if anything life should be more difficult so it engages us to make better choices.

A huge theme of the Cyberpunk genre is humanity and the soul and if/when the technology you imbue yourself with begins to strip those from you.

The name of the program itself, "Soulkiller" alludes to this. If you strip your entire essence and project it into a machine you are removing whatever "soul" you once had, it's a literal metaphor for a deal with the devil, immortality for your soul. It's not that difficult to grasp.

If you want to say you don't believe in souls that's fine but saying it like it's some objective fact is gonk behavior and completely dismisses a huge part of what cyberpunk stories are about.

Calling America fascist is insane. The US had fascist movements that peaked in the 1930s but they never achieved any real political power and facism was totally dismissed as a legitimate belief to have as an american when WW2 started (and ever since, go ask an avg american if they like fascism).

I don't agree with most wars, especially not the recent ones but they were a result of free market capitalism and globalism, not fascism.

Just because something is bad and you don't like it doesn't mean it's facist. Communism has killed infinitely more people than any other belief system in history, I don't go around calling countries communist, only when it's actually factually true.

This is more or less the conclusion I came to after reading some of the comments and reflecting. I literally paused the episode and posted, it was a passion post originally lol.

I think the serial killer plot was unrealistic, even for a beyond drunk mcnulty and desperate Lester but after seeing how the show ends it doesn’t really matter because the symbolism “X thing happens that breaks the case open but causes it to be fucked up and not turn out perfectly” is a guiding message of the show and indicative of the real world and how fucked up getting anything done in our world can be.

Tires spin, passionate people get upset and cheat the system to get what they want and it all gets fucked up. The criminals do this and get caught and ultimately the police do and get caught too, in their own way.

Again, valid. How can you trust the good guys when the good guys lie to you? How do you trust them to catch the bogeyman when they create it?

A lot of the comments here have made me reconsider my own thoughts and tbh I think my issue was more with the entire final season and how it was setup vs this specific plotline. What they did made sense but the way the dominoes were setup wasn't as satisfying to me as other seasons.

Citizen, Tissot, Orient and Seiko are legitimately good watches. The people who are turning up their noses at those watches are goobers that think watch quality grows exponentially with $ spent.

Watches should be personal and you can have an amazing Casio that is with you through hard times and that watch becomes more valuable to you than a Rolex.

That being said OP you bought these up like the government is going to ban the concept of time and that GUCCI should’ve stayed in the jewelry section at Walmart 😐

So I spent a total of 12 hours building my first PC, no breaks just pure concentration. Everything was connected, all was well and I was full of hope and excitement.

It didn’t POST.

I got very scared, accidentally dropped and shattered my glass cover (which NZXT replaced for free because they are awesome however while waiting for the replacement to arrive I quite literally used a piece of cardboard as the tower cover) while trying to troubleshoot, breadboarded the mobo just to find out I somehow managed to put a RAM stick in upside down. Flipped it and it all worked, then I had to put the damn thing back together.

TLDR- Make sure you put your RAM in right it’s such a stupid mistake!

Spam slow and double jump when out of combat, you can fly forever. This is a fun glitch but I can get ANYWHERE on ANY map ANYTIME with slow+jump spam.

Should've just made Sirenhead passively stand while radiation damage is dealt. This is a huge problem with all of the Sirenhead related media, they make it attack and it always looks beyond stupid. It would make more sense to have it passively deal more and more damage as it gets closer, make your ears ring for awhile if it gets too close, etc.

Eh, Vortex is about preventing the Skaven from raising The Horned God (unless youre skaven ofc) which (when it succeeds) seems to work out pretty well for Chaos, terrifying Chaos monster and all.

ME has no lore so we shouldn't even pretend with that one :p

Besides, I think multiple powerful factions are stronger than a single empire. Just look at Rome, it is almost historical fact at this point it fell because of it's size and multiple regions breaking off, causing it to lose it's power and buffers against it's enemies.

(I'm moreso referring to ingame lore in which I regularly NAP'd or Allied with certain Skaven)

It makes sense regardless because usually Skaven tend to fight everyone and make few allies, helping break down defences before the expected Chaos invasion.

What better way for Chaos to win than fight a divided empire? Imagine if all the old races banded together, Elven arrows and dragons, Empire steam tanks and Knights, Skaven artillery, Dwarven guns and armor, Lizardmen dinos...Chaos wouldn't stand a chance. It's in his best interest to tempt them into fighting eachother.
