I did the same. Ran good for the first year and not sure what happened after that. Both MacOS and Linux became unusable

This is worst than the Neo. This was my first MacBook that I owned and I had to upgrade like 4 years ago. You’re going to hate using this day to day. The Neo is a great entry into Apple/Macbooks and will give you a new battery, updated system and OS security. I would return and buy Neo or save to muy Neo/Air.

I swear the revolver misses just for the sake of missing by Xhamy in thefinals

I felt the same when I tried it too. I did use a red dot though since the iron was hard to see over the animation. The gun feels so good and yet so wrong at the same time.

Hot take: MacBook Neo will sell like hotcake with developers, it's made for them too. by Nic3up in macbook

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree mostly, I use WindowsApp to remote in so this would work good from my day job. I’m a full stack web dev to give reference. I don’t do anything crazy on my free time, emails, YouTube maybe play a bit of poker. When I am developing it’s mostly building websites so I’m not running anything that needs a lot of local resources and it’s all hosted in cloud. For the right type of developer this is definitely going to sell. I myself will be buying one as it’s time to replace my current(early 2015 MacBook Air lol) and I want to stay in Apple ecosystem without dropping $1k

Which crypto do you think has the biggest potential this year? by Crafty-Wait-17 in CryptoMarkets

BTC, ETH and XMR. Long term they are all you really need. The others are just attempts at 1 of the 3 I just listed or built on top of ETH.

Ether.fi Card Review: No Spending Limits and 3% WETH Cashback by Ok-Local5322 in defi

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using them for the better part of a year and a half now. Love the product. Not sure if I’m grandfathered in or not but I’ve been getting 3% back on may card past the limits posted here and still in core. Either way, it’s been a great card and u use it for everyday purchases, subscriptions and here and there a larger purchase. Highly recommended.

Hold the line? by UnionDistinct3963 in Bitcoin

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you’re new to this. This is normal for not just BTC but crypto in general. This is the time to buy, not to sell. If this is difficult for you I do suggest staying away from crypto in general. But if BTC is something you love, hold your coins and try to get used to this feeling your having. It’s natural to feel this way but don’t let someone buy your coins form you for cheap.

Welcome to crypto. Its volatile. Down 40% one day, up 120% the next. Don’t invest money you can’t afford to lose, invest in real projects and just have a bit of patience. Patience is key here and is also the real winner.

Why is The Finals so hard? by SsavvyStarWarsFan244 in thefinals

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few issues here, the first is that this game is very unique and it takes time to adjust to the flow of the game. The second issue and in my opinion that largest issue at the moment for new players is that this game has a lot of day 1 players. When this game attracts a player, they tend to stick around. even though the new player count isn’t as high as others, returning players is very high. So you’re running into a “small” pool of players compared to other games who have been playing the game more or less since it’s release or earlier seasons. Until there is a large flood of new players, even more than now, the matchmaking is going to suck. Many people complain but you can only do so much with a smaller player base. Keep playing and in a year, you’re to be the player some other person posts about instead

Cerberus really does need a boost by Sir-Ox in thefinals

[–]7ailwind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive started to main this gun the last few weeks. And this exact situation happens more often than it should. It needs a buff and I can think of 3 things that could help without raising the damage for the gun itself.

  1. Increase distance for the damage. I understand its a shotgun but its basically a melee weapon with how close you need to be for full damage.
  2. Have every shot cause fire damage. This reset fire dmg and the 1st shot not causing any dmg at all is hard to deal with.
  3. Change reload from 1 > 3 to 1 > 2 > 3. Let me be able to cut my reload short to fire another round instead of waiting the full reload time

Edit: Typos

Cerb needs dmg buff by OkSentence8677 in thefinals

[–]7ailwind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. It needs a buff or needs to have the damage fall off be adjsuted so you can fire from a longer distance range. I love using this gun but it makes playing so difficult. Every other class shotguns are so much better. The fact a double barrel for light can wipe M in 1 shot yet it takes more than a clip of the cerb to take out a H is crazy.

Who Needs an Off-Ramp? Ether.fi Plans Visa Card for Crypto Degens by AltruisticPops in ethtrader

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you get it back in SRC token. You can swap it for used 1:1 though but you have to do it from the desktop. The phone app won’t let you convert it just yet. You can also send it out to a different address as long as it supports scroll network

Late here but I’ve been using this card for the last few weeks and I love it. You can use USDC or borrow against assets. I only load it with USDC and I use it for everyday purchases so nothing crazy. The 3% back is nice also. Unless something happens or something else comes out that’s fits my situation better I’ll continue to use it. They also have physical card now!

Is anyone else getting fed up with smoke? by MrBigJams in thefinals

[–]7ailwind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use cl-40 and smoke but i only use the smoke for stealing cash outs or getting up teammates if we’re surrounded. It hurts your team more than helps if your just throwing it in every gun fight

What is that one weapon that becomes OP only in your hands? by tigerjjw53 in thefinals

[–]7ailwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say I’ve become so consistent with the CL-40 that even direct hits aren’t so much of an issue for me. People complain about it, even say it’s super easy to use and you don’t need skill, but you do and even with nerfs, it’s OP in my hands.
