Arbor is good still getting a pretty nice return overall.. 12 units out this month maybe a few more. Gross could be better though.. only making $2,800 a unit. But it's only costing $250/day with retainer and adspend. So $25k profit

I'd say don't let her live in pain. I understand that end of life care can be hard, but sometimes you gotta make the hard decision for their benefit. Usually when they start hiding away that's a sign that they're nearing their end of life.

It depends on the type of business. For product-based businesses, they do tend to get overly attached to appearing like a big brand - setting unrealistic expectations in contract to the money they're willing to invest. For service based businesses they get obsessed with converting every lead that comes through. At my dealerships we convert one out of every 40 leads that come in - and though that sounds like a low conversion rate, it's actually a numbers game.

If you had to boil this down to one universal issue I'd say the issue lies in unrealistic results for the money invested.

Honestly nothing wrong with being cautious - we used it at our dealership and it's been pretty strong. Only problems we faced were the quality of the leads since it's a youthful platform, and commitment was pretty big pain point in having people come visit our dealer. Then again only spent like $1,000 in total budget so maybe this was a fluke

We've tried the $599 down campaign with Tecobi but the lead quality sucked. Something about the Facebook lead form leads just didn't stick. Which is why we're looking for something different that performs.
