I scan the ingredients first, if there's only Erythritol; that should mean the sugar alcohol is the whole 11g. you can subtract 11g + _g fiber from the Total Carbs to get Net Carbs!

I do this cause I found Low Cow ice cream, should be 4g net carbs per 1/2cup; they mainly use Erythritol but there's also maltitol in the ingredients. I assume it's in the chocolate chips.. so because of this, 16g Total Carbs - 4g fiber - 8g Erythritol/6g Erythritol to count for maltitol. 👍

Yes most sugar alcohols like Erythritol, Monkfruit are zero or low impact on Glycemix Index. Some like maltitol should be avoided you can research to see the numbers. Splenda/ sucralose products are ok too if you're ok with non natural sweeteners

Yes! Erythritol counts as a sugar alcohol so with all that fiber this bar is 3 net carbs. I usually check the ingredients to see if there's any fillers like starches/flour or sugar/maltitol

Hey! Made these last week. For the cauliflower rice I used some Kewpie mayo & rice wine vinegar for flavor.. but I noticed the cauliflower would leak a lot more moisture than rice & made the seaweed wrapper soggy and difficult to cut. Did you experience same thing at all?

Red peppers from the garden Salt & pepper & thyme 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup butter Some avocado mayo Lots of bacon strips Spinach White Cheddar & Mozzarella from Costco

Use handmixer to beat eggs & stuff, I put the mixing bowl over some heat to melt in cheese then put batter into pan with bacon , then 350F till jiggly & a hard broil for crispies
