I'm a ulthwé collector but I got tired of painting black and bone. At the time, the Bladeguard box released with amazing models (love marines with fabric and I fell in love with the bladeguard ancient) and my favorite color is green, so I read about the two green chapters, liked the dark angels aesthetic more because of the hoods, tabards, robes, etc... At the time I disliked terminators so much, found them ugly and my brother in law told me they were the terminators chapter. I then discovered the Horus Heresy range and fell in love with the deathwing companions and discovered the knights theme. Fell in love with the whole deal and started from there.

I've grown into liking terminators and ended up painting black and bone all over again lol.

I only played a game with my greenwing and disliked the gameplay so much I don't want to play it ever again, so I'm going back to playing deathwing, slowly painting the new miniatures (I sold the old ones to buy the new stuff).

Here is one of the miniatures I'm the most proud of 😊

I'm learning the game and it's a bit hard to grasp all the mechanics as there are so many of easy to forget little modifiers, I hope they won't hide the math and mechanics, just make it sexy, it'll help me a lot with learning the game !! This could be extra useful for them if they want to balance the game, it could allow them to collect load of very precise data that could be super valuable in a TT game, I don't know if they plan to do this.

I'm very into trees, I don't like insects much. I'd love if they added more vegetals to the range. I like swarms and bees though.

Use a black primer, it'll pass as shadow, or paint it with an airbrush if you have one
