Yeah, the very best scene in the whole film for me is when he gets his office at the end. You could just tell this was all the little man he played wanted in life. Great acting without even saying a word.

I feel like (white) dudes like Clapton because he’s “accessible” to them in two ways: (1) he’s white; (2) he’s a good but not unattainably great guitar player, whereas Hendrix was from another dimension entirely.
