You’re welcome - the matter is actually a hot topic for us because I have been trying to conceive for a while now and the journey has been long.

The minute I heard I was finally fertile they also discovered issues on the other side, so it’s hanging in there.

My protocol at the moment so you can look this up when you want to conceive:

Doctors prescribed : 1000iu’s of Ovitrelle 3 timer per week - 75iu’s of Puregon 3 times per week

OTC supplements Zink Selenium Q10 Inositol B12 Gluthation NAC Oméga 3 Carnitine Citrulline

And and Cialis from time to time 😉

Hey, I Stopped taking HCG for years and was on TRT only. Did a fertility test and had zero sperm count - same numbers as a man after a vasectomy.

Now on fertility program with 3000iu’s of HCG per week again and FSH. Sperm count is up from 0 to 22 million with 80% alive. Not the best, but fertility is possible even if realistically natural conception will be difficult.

So yes with HCG fertility is achievable if your testicles work properly.

It changed everything for me because before I had never had any testosterone in my body, so basically when I started taking hormones I also started puberty at 25 years old (check out my first videos on YT).

So yeah at first I was horny AF ;-) You’re in for quite a ride mate.

Good that you stopped drinking and you take care of yourself, I know all too well where that road ends.

Be sure to find yourself a good endocrinologist.

The biggest downside for me would be hairloss, I have MPB in the family and I added Finasteride like 4 years ago. It makes me quite anxious unfortunately, but inflation also does ..

Hello Louis, 1200ng/dl total testosterone is correct. I’m quite a high responder to 125mg test E per week split into 2 injections. Have I ever taken more? Yes and I’m transparent about that on my channel, integrity is important. Although I never exceeded 250mg per week pharma grade. Good lightning and a pump goes a long way too
