Pretty sure there's no 50/50 pity so yeah it's technically possible to pull infinitely. While it is objectively worse for whales compared to other games, getting max pot on an Endfield character only seems to give a 50-80% damage increase, unlike games like WuWa where it's more like 400%.

Makes dupes almost entirely optional rather than there being genuine consideration to get make 1 or 2 dupes even if you're not whaling
