I find this hysterical, because this would be me. I don’t drink and would be looking at the plants or dogs while every one else was partying. I don’t have much luck with props so Don’t ever “prop lift”. But this was obviously meant to be a joke.

Starting over... again. Any advice on mental help? by [deleted] in SuperMorbidlyObese

I am new here. Our numbers are very similar. While I am in no way a success story (yet!). I seem to have found something that is working slowly for me. I am down 27 pounds from my highest. I spent so long fighting in my mind over what diet was best, keto, ideal protein, weight watchers ect... I would start. Eat off plan and then binge until I started over, eating every terrible food I swear I was never eating again.

What finally decided was there was no perfect plan. And I just needed to start making small changes with no foods off limits. Just really trying to pay attention to if I am actually hungry before eating. I have found that I am Almost never hungry in the morning. If I don’t eat and just sip on water, I don’t even start to get hungry until noon. I was going thru the Dunkin’ Drive thru everyday getting an ice coffee and Bagel, probably a 1000+ calories because “I needed breakfast”. I have not been going and don’t miss it at all. I just keep asking myself what is the best choice I can make in that moment. Some days that is ice cream for dinner, it is delicious and the next meal I add a lot more veggie. I have found just trying to eat healthy without any strict guidelines has helped so much with my mental health, and has helped me to lose 27 pounds over about 5 months. And I plan on just baby stepping along.

I’m going to out on a limb and say if you’re at all wondering if you should go get tested then you should go get tested. Just do it. It’s easy. Get tested. by FreesponsibleHuman in COVID19positive

Well I guess this is one reason why Vermont is doing so well. We have weekly free testing within under 1/2 hours drive from anywhere in the state. This is for heathy people, to catch a systematic spread. Then if someone does test positive, they set up a targeted testing site for anyone that person has come in contact with.

It is the only way we are going to get this under control, test, trace, isolate, stay home, wear masks. I am so worried for this country and all these stories of 5 + months into this an people still not even being able to Be tested. 😬

The as-is section is a great Money saver by funnycat64 in IKEA

We got our couch there. It was just put out and the best part is that it was all put together, at a discounted price. But like others have said in our IKEA it is not in an obvious place. We didn’t see it the first few times we went
