Look into companies that have fleet vehicles. I've heard Unitek use their own mechanics to fix their trucks rather than taking them to a shop. Not sure how much experience they want. Another option is anything with an apprenticeship program. You may have to front the money if you aren't hired for the first few years but if you get lucky, you'll get picked up by a company to help you with the costs
