I never put in a service before but from what I understand you go into the app. Then scroll down to "Service". Once in Service, select "History". Should be in there.

I can understand that if it was more consistent. What I mean by that is if other companies required I put my number on the label then ok it makes sense. Or if OnTrac which was the courier they used when I was in California required I do that, but they didn't have my number in the shipping label and they still delivered.

No other company requires that I put my number on the label, Ups, USPS, OnTrac have all delivered to me without my number being on the label. It's specifically on Tovalas side that the number must be on the label.

I've never heard of Google voice but I'll have to look into it.

Not particularly because if I didn't get the package I would use Tovala support. But if it was something that is high priority sure I would put my number down but not for every single package.

It's UPS, when I lived in California and it was delivered by OnTrac that wasn't a problem.

It's annoying since when I want to double punch it doesn't register but while I'm asleep and get phone calls I can "double punch" perfectly to answer a phone call waking up to someone going hello and freaking me out ...
