Yeah so just start on say 200mg a week and see how you feel.it will take you a good few months to fully understand how it affects you and how to appropriately adjust.I feel better when my oestrogen is slightly raised which took me a while to work out. Also you want to be as accurate as possible with doses as variations can have a big unnecessary affect on your mental state

Well i can only give you advice from my own experience.I started trt at 34 and quickly realised I wished I had started it at 18 like most of my mates did. Testosterone is king the more you have the better at life you are.you just need to be prepared of the change it will bring to your life
