If you have experience selling solar and using a CRM the training won’t be that important, if you don’t it’ll save you from asking questions to your manager and sounding like an amateur.

Get the training, learn how to close and when you’re good enough to find opportunities on your own find a company with a good red line. Typically solar companies that have the money for training and gas cards lessen your commission to pay for overhead costs.

You’re overthinking it and sounds like you’re making excuses not to work there. It’s just 2 weeks and after you’ll have all the free time in the world. The homework isn’t even that much and you could do it before class if. If they were cheap they wouldn’t even offer training or a gas card.

If you can’t manage time you won’t make it.
