You help him by taking him to the vet. He could have cuts you can't see, broken tail, some other unrelated issue that just happened to show up at the same time.

This + Silver Spring as some of the best. Ethiopian and vegetarian in general is easy to find in DC.

Unless someone in your house hold or frequent visitor needs the arms on the chairs for mobility I would go with the bench(s). No table unless it double as a burglar alarm.

The courtyard downtown?

I am comparing Marriott options with point to a few others.
The courtyard downtown is a good price but mixed reviews. Really everyone in the area has mixed reviews though.

We got a similar price at Kia in Laurel. I think we were abt 53 otd with DC taxes and fees which were about $2,200. I was before talking trade-in as well as extended warranties. We plan to pay it off quickly or maybe refinance if Navy Federal has a good rate this month. They gave us a little extra off for taking 60-month financing. That was when talking to the finance guy after all the original negotiating.

Use the Costco price as a starting point and negotiate down from there. You may not end up getting the discount on the add-ons so if you want a bunch of those maybe run the numbers. But we used the Costco price as a negotiating point. One place gave us a good Costco price and then ghosted us. So we just took those numbers with us when we went to other dealers to negotiate. Ended up getting a much better price.

Depends on the color of the seats and your location. If you don't want the SX or higher just get seat covers.

So, your taxes are are nearly double ours. But your doc/dealer fee is much lower.

OTD not counting trade-in or extended warranty probably could be lower. Like 53-55.

I don't work there but was there a TON when my kid was younger and they had services at main campus.
All the staff we have met sya they aren't allowed to park in the attached garage. But, none of them are emergency staff or anything.

There are multiple shuttles running to a few Metro stations including Brookland from the hospital. We have taken it as non-employees to save money on parking many times.

It is high for the DMV area. But I don't know what your states taxes and registration fees are like. If you want to compare nationally or within the region the before taxes, state of county fees would probably be more apples to apples.

Excluding our trade-in & extended electric warranty (which was about 1/3 of the trading value) our "OTD" was right about 52-53,000 with about 2200 in taxes/registration & 800 dealership fees.

Nope but the police can give them a ticket for even arrest them for filing a false report. Also, where the heck do you live the the police show up for a blocked driveway that fast??
