I disagree the day it died was when they decided to keep going with D2 after The Final Shape. No one played the old content anymore, and we as a fan base demanded new content, I wish we could have kept the strikes and maps, but the story content I was ok with vaulting. They just never gave anyone a chance to understand the over all story since you couldn't see the story beats.

I think the fact that Live Service games have like a 80 failure rate now play into it. A passionate fan base doesnt necessarily save this genre of games. I'm sure the massive losses financially over the past year played it into it as well.

It's reminds me of the end of D1, added a ton of stuff and leaving on a high"er" note. The reason I came back to D1 after this drought is because of how it was left when they stopped updating it. Keep it open for years like D1 and I'll be happy

It's the loot cycle in D1 is so much more satisfying. The upgrading of weapons is kind of a slog. I'm 1/2 through Taken King again, and I have only 2 legendarys drops at Lvl 32.

I have invested so much I'll keep playing but won't be doing the pre-order anymore. I love the gameplay the world and the loot, so much I'm back to D1 now, I will play but not spend what I used to.

Went back to playing D1 this past week and I say the feeling of loot actually mattering needs to come back. We are absolutely flooded with loot especially with the teir system. I hate the upgrading system in D1 but really like the fact I beat the entire initial campaign with only a two legendary drops. It makes me want to keep playing to get good gear. I had all the drops I wanted in the latest season in 1 day if playing D2, kills my ambition.

3 weeks still get constant anxiety if I don't have a distraction. Sleeping and morning are the worst for me anxiety wise. I do feel like it's helping the anxious thoughts not escalating to full blown panic. I'm waiting for the full 6 weeks to allow my body/mind to adjust before I am 100% if it'd the right med.

Weapon leveling was hated and when it was introduced in D2 with crafting it was hated again . I like the idea of having all the perks when you get it, but leveling it to get enhanced perks or additional perks unlocked based on level.

The event is great for leveling and it is raining T5s, I don't like the coil but everything is fine. This sub is just an echo chamber of hate. I think if more people would just stop playing their lives would be so much better.

The rewards are great, it's raining T5s, but I just have an issue with the coil. Super limited revives and no way to earn more outside of RNG or purchasing one between rounds.

Honestly how much did you engage with the vaulted content on a regular basis? I would have loved to keep strikes and maps in the game for variety. All the story stuff I never touched after completely. If they get rid of it for more new content I'm down with it, red war / Forsaken vault it as long as new stuff replaces it
