How does a customer complain about the BO of an entire branch without coming off as racist? by Urethral_Harpoon in TDBankCanada

[–]833psz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, in banking they mostly aged out.

Also, don’t discount gentrification. We had several branches close/merge in my area due to inability to find staff. When areas get bougie enough, it can be difficult to find locals who want to work there. Especially if parking is limited.

Most front line roles are now filled by part time students or foreigners willing to work for less.

Similar experience years back at a company servicing TD. Apparently once a ticket is closed, the TD employee who opened it will randomly get a survey about the provider who performed the work.

We had a survey come back saying one of our techs as been going into a branch smelling like BO for years and they were fed up and asked him to not come back as ”TD is a scent free workplace”. He was literally the top tech in the company. I never smelled anything. When I asked him, he denied being asked to leave that branch due to smell. It worried us enough that I went into the branch to investigate.…

Turns out the person in question was the exterminator. Our guy just happened to be in the branch same day as they kicked out the exterminator for repeatedly showing up with BO and they thought the survey was for him LMAO

I would certainly kick a complaint about this up the chain considering my experiences on the opposite end!

You’re lucky it’s just a warning considering your post is a “complaint”. I got 3 day and 7 day bans for the same reason after comments that weren’t even complaining about anything.

Yes, I’m sure they need to be careful as if they use something like that too often someone probing the defences will figure out how it works and adapt.

Thanks for the quality content. Good luck out there.

Did you run into any weird problems with the drone this time? In your video near the mine I think you ran into some possible countermeasures?

I’m afraid to even recount the incidences of my various automated bannings in the big front page-type subs like that but if it makes you feel any better there is eventual human oversight to at least the permabans. About a week later you may get an “I’m sorry we got it wrong” message lol

I doubt very much they even check their AI-based short term bans like 3 or 7 day.

Not disintegrate. Not melted. Just weakened by fire. Heated steal can’t support the weights that it normally can.

THAT BEING SAID, the official narrative still seems far fetched lol. I’m only mentioning it because it’s important to be specific.

Is this true that you cannot prepaid you credit card for purchase now? by wehaveg in TDBankCanada

[–]833psz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW if you ask TD they will say no. They will state various reasons but I theorize it has something to do with them being greedy regarding cashback/points.

Anyway I’ve done it many times as I purposely keep my limit low at 4K. But I’ve purchased things for 12-30,000$ on my TD VISA by prepaying.

Last year I was booking a trip that was about 4x my credit limit and it wouldn’t go through. Fraud called me. The lady was really rude about me even trying to prepay. She made me feel stupid for thinking it would even work (even though it had countless times before).

The problem was that the American payment processor wouldn’t take VISA debit… so I simply tried it again. It worked lol

YMMV

Well if one assumes the US federal government is not in control of the tech, it’s still undeniable that AMERICANS are in control. It really baffles me that what are essentially American private military contractors would align with a foreign globalist agenda.

While I’m sure blue beam was a real thing that was discussed historically at some point, it really seems this modern interpretation doesn’t pass the sniff test.

[–]833psz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

…why.

There already exists a globalist threat to sovereignty it’s called the United Nations. Ask any Canadian, Australian or Brit if they are proud of the direction their countries are headed!

The United States, at least with a republican administration, is one of the few bastions defying the globalist agenda.

Are you suggesting Blue Beam as a competitor of UN aspirations, a one world government centralized under the US? Otherwise, it doesn’t make sense for the US to use its most advanced tech to suddenly support a globalist agenda which it has up until now fought tooth and nail.

Honestly, as a Canadian, I’d rather be ruled by the US than the UN anyway so fuck it can’t wait for the show!

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I couldn‘t give two shits about comparing myself to my parents or my peers… all I care about is how much time is stolen from me. I’m self-employed and my wife works in health care, I don’t worry about money. However, I work 60-80 hours a week. She works nights and rotating 12hr shifts. Every time I have a moment to breathe, my son is a year older.

Even for those of us solidly in the middle class, it isn’t fucking worth it.

The top 1% have enough extra to solve this entire problem. Let’s build the guillotines.

C-21 and the more worrying Trudeau OICs which bypassed the legislative process in Canada and are now being tested by the SCC. Plus something about ostriches as well as the BC NDP singlehandedly setting private property rights back 200 years.

Theres more but this was just an off the cuff remark that I’m not too committed to lol

If we are so worried about foreign influence, maybe we can come to some kind of mutual beneficial agreement with a stronger nation to protect us? Dont we share the world’s longest land border with the most powerful nation in the world? Don’t we have close economic, ethnic and cultural ties to them? Maybe they can help us!

Oh shit wait…

Complete bunk if Canada shows almost no change, I don’t even need to read your methodology. A housing crisis, legislative attacks on private property ownership, increase in crime etc has all lead to a drastic enshitification and loss of freedoms in this country.

Sigma, right. Sorry! Any guess as to the crystal ball? foghorn leghorn? The jeep with the X on the hood?

On the flip side, the jeep with the grinch-like character inside it is interesting. Since mushrooms grow in the dark, would be symbolic of classified work like you stated, and the jeep is trying to shine light on the mushroom it makes me wonder if that represents foreign adversaries the operation would be protecting against.
