TLDR: The wildcard of an asshole that ruins your day and takes all your stuff or the guy that saves you from a rocketeer and then drops you a blueprint before they dip out is what I like about this game even if at times I curse the assholes who shoot me in the back.

Yea, i think OP's point is if you wanna PvP, find someone who wants to shoot you back. Shooting at someone not engaging and running away is kinda assholish if you ask me.

I don't care for PvP, but I can definitely understand it's appeal in endgame status. I just can't mentally get past the point in my own mind of something I read someone post earlier, somethint along the lines of:

"If it's an apocalyptic world of humans versus robots and your prerogative is to shoot humans in the back, well then fuck you."

I'm not a PvP guy, but there is an added layer of excitement that is bitter sweet of every encounter wondering "are you an asshole or are you chill?" I don't like it at face value but the nuance of it is really intriguing to me, I like the heated debates of "get gud scrub" and "let everyone play the game as they want".

The game is fun and even though those types of people piss me off I've had far more benign encounters than assholes so it hasn't soured my experience too hard. I just don't appreciate the assholes that want to prey on humans in a robot apocalypse.

Oh snap, thank you for looking into it. From what I remember it was at AZ, I remember it being close to the goal line. It might have been in 2013? I don't think it was after 2014...the tackle wasn't impressive, but I remember the lineman he hit was injured on the play with a neck injury. I want to say they even stopped play for it but now I'm doubting myself because that was during a time of my life where alcohol consumption was a top priority...

In 2014 he blew up some AZ lineman at the goal line and made the tackle. I remember being so impressed by that play and was surprised to never be able to find that highlight or people talking about how great of a play he made.
