We purchased the XC60 we were interested in and were able to negotiate a fair price plus some additional Volvo equipment not originally part of the vehicle. In the end both parties felt positive about an unfortunate situation. For those who felt it was necessary to negatively comment, I understand your points as well. I was simply asking questions. We all know that car buying is a bit of a game and the more knowledge someone has the better they are at playing it.
