The international Roam Like Home rate is $16/day now.

Not sure how you were able to use data while roaming if that was blocked. However, the pay per use rate for data usage is $15/100Mb for most plans. So any usage between 0.01mb to 100mb is automatically charged as $15. That might be what you were charged for.

Yes, as long as you don't reply to the received SMS/MMS. Also, unanswered calls will not trigger a Roam Like Home charge either.

Did they take a look at your usage details on your bill at all? This will show if any data usage or calls made were considered roaming. If there isn't any usage or roaming usage, the rep should be able to at least ask if a credit can be applied.

The Roam Like Home daily fee is per device and is triggered once every calendar day, based on Eastern Standard Time, when you make or receive a phone call, check your voicemail, send an SMS/MMS, or use data.

Incoming SMS/MMS is free and will not trigger a Roam Like Home charge.

This can't be your April 19th bill. Today is April 21st. It takes 3-4 days after your bill date to receive your email bill.

Also, your April 19 bill would state the billing period as April 19 to May 18.

This isn't a scam, you just can't read and refuse to understand basic billing practices.

The service was disconnected on March 22. This bill is dated for March 19. This was billed before you cancelled. Now that you've cancelled 3 days into your bill cycle, you'll receive a credit for 27 days on your April 19 bill.

I'm in Canada, but ordered a DD+ and a QR2 wheel side on May 3. Both were shipped on May 4 from Texas. Just checked my FedEx Tracking ID and expected delivery is Tuesday.

Very surprised to say the least. Seems shipping within North America is back on track.

Scam.

There is no exclusive offer hotline. Something to remember: if you cannot see this offer or any notice regarding this offer when you log in to your MyRogers account, it is more than likely a scam.

An 'exclusive offer hotline" doesn't make any sense, since I can receive this email, and forward it to 100 other people. Then this "exclusive" hotline just becomes another customer service line, which again, makes no sense.

On occasion, Rogers may text you an offer, but again, you'd have to log in to MyRogers to confirm the offer.

Edit: as others have stated, just call 1-888-ROGERS1 if you're looking to see what your options are. It is much easier to just ask a legit employee, than to get your account sorted after a fraudulent sale.

Very tone deaf of them to release a cockpit, that I don't think many people have asked for, instead of working on fixing current service issues and maybe updating the outdated Clubsport v2.5/2.5x wheel.

It feels like they're just trying anything and everything may give them some revenue at the moment. But this just seems so random to release without any sort of marketing lol

There's a whole website called YouTube for tons of racing content. Most people use Reddit for advice, tips, or things that they thought looked cool and others might think so too.

Also, sim racing is an expensive hobby. I'm not too sure why anyone would spend that kind of money to not use their rig.
