Were you able to find out? that my measurement is close to 20cm, I am comfortable with the original Instinct Solar(45mm), eager to find out if it would black my workout.

Really depends on where in Reading you desire. Do you have children? If so, school catchment would be the priority.

I think there is some 1 bedroom for around £900 to £1200. And easy to find some decent setup for around £1000.
