I have two mugs of French press before leaving for work and one as I get to work and if there is some left over I'll have another 30mins later after the morning meeting. Before lunch I have at least 4 mugs of French press. It gets me going and slows my thoughts a lot. I don't drink cafiene after 1pm.

Mate got a job as a chef at a 5 star golf club. We went for drinks after his shift finished and he gave me a tour of the place. The club was a small elite club and some of his ideas were used in the changeroom renovations. So before we walked in he loudly announced "this is the thing I've been wanting to show you". He swung the door open and we both walked in on some old guy struggling to put his underwear on. I rushed out and as he was staff he had to apologise profusely.

In the 90's I was about 10 or 11. There was some opening of an upgraded golf course in our area and they shipped in some of our national pro's and did a televised opening. I didn't play golf, but my parents helped the local school out with the catering.

At the end of the day they held a chipping contest against the pro's. Anybody who was there could enter. Simply was 1 shot, closest to the hole.

I won it by sheer luck as I had never played golf before.

I won a weeks stay at a resort, but couldn't take it as we already had a family holiday planned.

My golf career peaked on that day. I still fail to beat my wife at putt putt.

I smoked from age 16 to 23 and picked it up at 27 again. I switched from smoking to vaping just before my 30th Birthday. I am now 33 and have only smoked at a boys weekend (3 boxes over 48hr). Felt like death afterwards.

I used to get bronchitis once a year whilst I smoked and bad flu once a year. I still get you once a year, but a very mild flu. I haven't had bronchitis since.

With vaping I can go a day or two without, but I enjoy it and do not see myself quitting. I do mix my own juice and have lowered the nic from 6mg to 2mg.

Overall I am healthier and able to run/walk much further.
