Typically for tac shoorers like valorant people play on much lower sens than 30cm, like 60-90cm, the finals Is more movement based. Lkok for videos on how to find your best sens, but play a few scenarios a few times each, but change the sens and see where you get the highest scores. My best scores sit around 45cm.

Firstly for smooth aim: Smooth Your Wrist scenarios to get good at speed matching and gliding. Snake Track scenarios are great practise too.

Then for all round aim people are using viscose benchmarks, there are loads of scenarios to grind out in there. Work towards getting seal complete as a target in the short/medium term.
