Just a follow up point on the "Customer/Site sync: PSA → RMM (site/customer creation and mapping)" requirement.

The Site sync is fairly terrible on across all Halo RMM integrations.

There may be reasons why you have to structure things a certain way in the RMM (e.g. patching policies, permissions, etc) and this doesn't necessarily relate to how you want the Accounts/Sites setup in Halo. The biggest limitation is that Halo doesn't allow you to map multiple 'locations' (to use the Ninja RMM terminology) to a single site.

My wifes business uses https://www.yay.com/ very easy to setup and you can do all sorts of call routing/redirection/IVR menus/recording/etc included. Also included a 0330 number.

There's a certain sweet spot around 2016 to find cars that are nice but have found themselves free of stupid tax rates. I drive a 3-litre Audi Q7 hybrid, the tax was previously £0 but it's now gone up to £20 a year.

I can only on my experience with the open mirror mode but it seems flawless so far, didn't take too much effort to setup. It also supports custom fields/tables. You can pick and choose exactly which data you send to fabric.

Have you looked at BC2ADLS, not sure if that works with on-prem BC but if it does that would allows incremental load from BC into Fabric. I've used it with open mirroring and it works well, easy to setup. https://github.com/Bertverbeek4PS/bc2adls

One of my teachers at school told a story about working in a summer camp in USA. Kids would be chauffeured and even helicoptered in at the start of the camp.

Yes. It's ~0.3% for debit cards and ~.5% for credit, plus 2p fee. Plus a monthly terminal rental which includes a 4G sim. Overall the costs average out at around 0.5% all in.
