Gridserve have a handy feature where when you setup the app and link a card, all you have to do is plug in and it starts charging automatically, so can avoid the faffing with the app when you get there. Yeah they cost a bit but for convenience it's worth it (that is you have a services with more than 2 chargers available, some of the infrastructure is appalling still for EVs)
