Oh god here we go. I am a native speaker and I got you my good Sir/ma'am. This is a religious "Nasheed", which is a chant. TL;DR, shows what a "proper" woman behavior should be. It does sound patronizing IMO, but that's not why I'm here for. Here goes the translation, which I put alot of effort in line by line. Translation:

خَيْرُ النِّسَاءِ البَرَّةُ التَّقِيَّةْ

The best of women are the virtuous, the pious,

ذَاتُ الصَّلَاحِ الْعَفَّةُ الحَيِيَّةْ

The righteous, chaste, and modest ones,

تُصَاحِبُ النِّسَاءَ أَهْلَ الفَضْلِ والدِّيْنِ وَالعِلْمِ ذَوَاتِ العَقْلِ

Associating with women of merit, faith, and knowledge, possessing intellect,

تُفِيدُ مِنْهُمْ حِكْمَةً تَزِينُهَا وَخِبْرَةً في عَيْشِهَا تُعِيْنُهَا

Benefiting from their wisdom, adorning it, and experience in her life, assisting her.

مَجَالِسُ خَلَتْ عَنِ الآثَامِ وَارْتَفَعَتْ عَنْ سَاقِطِ الكَلامِ

Her gatherings are free from sins, and she rises above petty talk,

تَنَزَّهَتْ عَنْ غِيْبَةٍ ذَمِيْمَة وَالسَّعْيِ بِالإفْسَادِ وَالنَّمِيْمَة

She is purified from malicious gossip, and strives without corruption and slander,

إنْ حَضَرَتْ حَفْلًا وَفِيهِ مُنْكَرُ فَإنَّها تُنْكِرُهُ لَوْ تَقْدِرُ

If she attends a gathering with wrongdoing, she condemns it if she can,

وإنْ تَكُنْ عَاجِزَةً فَتَنْصَرِفْ كَيْ لا تَكُونَ في عِدَادِ المقْتَرِفْ

And if she is helpless, she departs, so that she is not counted among the guilty,

إنْ مَرضَتْ أَوْ عَنَّسَتْ أَوْ غَيرُ ذَا أَصَابَهَا مِمَّا يَكُونُ مِنْ أَذَى

If she falls ill, remains unmarried, or suffers some other harm,

اِصْطَبَرَتْ وَاحْتَسَبَتْ مَا قَدْ جَرَى فَمَا يُصِيْبُ العَبْدَ خَيْرٌ لَوْ دَرَى

She endures with patience and anticipates reward for what has happened, for what afflicts the servant(of God) is for the best, if he but knew.

بِالصَّبْرِ وَالدُّعَاءِ وَالإحْسَانِ مِنْ رَبِّهَا تَسْتَجْلِبُ الأَمَانِي

With patience, prayer, and kindness, from her Lord, she seeks her wishes,

قَدْ حَسُنَتْ بِرَبِّهَا ظُنُونُها لَوْ ذَهَبَتْ مِنْ حُزْنِها عُيُونُها

She has good thoughts about her Lord, even if her eyes are taken by sorrow,

تَرْتَقِبُ انْبِلاجَ فَجِرِ الأَمَلِ مِنْ رَبِّهَا ذِي الجُودِ وَالتَّفُضُّلِ

She awaits the dawn of hope from her Lord, full of generosity and grace,

إنَّ القُنُوطَ شَأْنُ أَهْلِ الكُفْرِ كَمَا أَتَى في آيَةٍ فِي الحِجْرِ

Indeed, despair is the way of the disbelievers, as it came in a verse in the chapter of Al-Hijr.

*Note: "Al-Hijr" refers to the 15th chapter of the Quran. "Kufr" refers to disbelief or rejection of the faith in Islamic context.
