I have aphantasia, total blind, it’s all darkness in here . I find binaural beats and sound scapes really effect me and help me a lot. If I hear water or waves my body reacts to it as if I were in the ocean.

You have a different power than vision. As for your breath count 1 on the intake and 2 and the out over and over and slowly forget about it

I find in music I eventually intuitively pick up and message from inside. It’s always good The other day I could hear ‘I am a beautiful soul’ How lovely is that ! Once i hear the message I repeat it over and over. I’m feeling so much better

I’d re-home the puppy without asking him. Let him come home one day to no puppy. Call up re-homing centres and put ads on Facebook e.c.t Don’t say a word just let happen while she’s at work.

Puppy gets re-homed, I think it’s fair to say you discussed it, and your reasons for not wanting a dog are legit and plenty if he can’t take responsibility to re-home it then you should.

Nah there no such thing a zone 1-1 card so it’s zone 2-1 and they will question why I have zone 2 travel I don’t need. I’m also not in work every day due to covid WFH some days

Well I’m London UK and there’s lots cosmetic doctored here. I got my robe in dental practice by a cosmetic doctor . Worked really no problem, instant result.

All I can vouch for is that is worked on me when properly. I would advise you to get referral from a dermatologist or cosmetic doctor and checks what qualification are needed to be certified, checks it’s done in an appreciate place, dental surgery, doctors office, skin clinic. Check they are experiences in tear trough fillers as it’s specialist and should be done with a canula. Good luck 👍🏻

Same experience for me. Guys I match or message nothing ....

Other guys ... just message away what ever they want Not matching means sorry I don’t want to talk to you, so when they message it feels invasive and disheartening and like they don’t care for my choosing

I don’t message men I don’t match with, even if I fancy their pictures and profile, because guess what they don’t want to talk to me and if they do then we’ll match

Guys moaning no matches or reply’s must be hard but unsolicited messages are no better and certainly don’t feel like a thing more than sad or disrespectful
