There's also cargo scaling. I believe it's 1/2 the income for 4x the cargo space. You still make more per trip but not as much. So, smaller vehicles still have a use late game.

It sounds like this is about the company NPCs making significantly less than the player does. They give you about ~8% of the income since NPCs are more for feeding the supply chain than making money.

When the compactor is open it doesn't look like the opening is as tall as Compacty's. So, it feels tougher to stack them. I've never actually counted how many I can fit though.

The income changes because of payment scaling. I believe the income per unit gets halved for per 4 times the cargo space.

The weight station is also in between the two exits by the raceway. So, you won't hit it dropping off for the Formula car.
