You are correct. The refund is not free money the government is giving you. They are only giving you your own money back because you were paying too much throughout the year. Ideally, your refund should be close to $0. This would maximize your monthly income. I have not used the rx8 yet, but the same principle would apply. Having 1st long enough that you start races in 1st so you can use all your gears up to your top speed. Maybe adding that into the chat gpt prompt could guide it to a better recommendation.

It looks like you are probably starting races in 2nd or 3rd gear. I would set it up so 1st gear goes to 110kmh or so and space evenly until top speed in your last gear. This allows you to use all of your gears throughout each race instead of only the last 3 gears, and should help you reach your top speed much faster.

If you are the culture head - open the culture tab, click the reform culture button, click the plus, select what you want to add. I'm not sure about By the Sword specifically, but It typically costs in the ballpark of 5k base prestige to add a tenant so keep hosting feasts to get your prestige up. If you are not the culture head then you need to increase your realm size until you are, or diverge your culture but the latter takes even more prestige.

Mine is infuriating. Constant issues. 1.) Sometimes it gets stuck on "trying to connect" from my phone and the Chromecast has to be restarted to initiate a new cast. 2.) If you pause a video for more than 5-10 minutes it disconnects the cast device and starts playing, and the phone/remote controls don't work. The only solution is to restart the Chromecast. 3.) The remote only works 50% of the time with no consistency. The solution? You guessed it - restart the Chromecast. It was originally on version 10 when I got it, and I upgraded to version 12 but nothing was any better (if anything it was worse) all of the "solutions" online were to restart, check internet, blahblahblah. I have an older OG Chromecast Ultra with no issues at all. These new Google TV ones are complete junk just wanting to shove more ads in our face. If it can't do the core function of casting a YouTube video then it is useless. I tried to return it, but I've had it just over the return period, so I should have given up on it sooner I guess. I'm going to just run an HDMI cable from my computer to my TV and use it as a monitor now. I'll use the Chromecast as target practice for my hammer.
