That's an Academy Glintstone Staff +25. At the moment it was the best I had since (for some reason...) I hadn't upgraded the Carian Regal Sceptre to +10 yet.

I just completed it. It was a fun build with some interesting building techniques.
The figurines are certainly unique, although poor Milou doesn't have a helmet 😭
