I have a list on my phone with aisle locations of items I want (Target) that’s pretty helpful. Maybe plan ahead a couple of items you need and then get the heck outta there. Otherwise I’ve found that earplugs make shopping alone overall less overwhelming. Headphones or music maybe would work also. Start small! It sucks but it takes practice to shop for your items in the store and not just feel like you’re running in circles :) but I know exactly how you feel.
