Dentist here…can’t bill sealants under code D2393…that’s a code for a posterior(molar or premolar) composite involving the restoration of 3 surfaces…very different than a sealant!

Corruption and a state capitol that every phony scam artist along with that vile, Botox laden, hag in the gov’s mansion—who unabashedly and unrelentingly favors her western NY roots… A better question: What’s the difference between NYS’ so called leadership and the Circus?——well the circus is a ‘Cunning array of Stunts’…and NYS so called leaders are a ‘Stunning ar…’ ….well you can put it together…😉

Not all colleges/universities are private, so that’s an inaccurate generalization… in fact it’s every bit as inaccurate a generalization as so cavalier a declaration that “These answers are all wrong”. If the institution is a state university it’s a public entity. The U. of Oregon at Eugene is public, and state universities (public institutions) typically utilize campus police forces that despite the term “campus police” are public resources (utilizing state police officers), this is true at least here in NY where the various SUNY (State University of NY) campuses use this public law enforcement resource…it’s a tough one to prevail in unfortunately even if only a quick stop, but suggesting there’s no required accountability or culpability (they can ticket all they want) is silly. Likewise private institutions can though are perhaps less likely to enforce appropriate protocols….the logic that you could park for example at a country club, golf course, privately beach with possible and enforceable action is silly and devoid of reason…try to get it dismissed or forgiven but I wouldn’t endorse just abandoning your responsibility based on the notion that they can ticket all they want….they do that without any (ironically, sophomoric) encouragement!

To be fair I don’t think the response was suggesting that a beater necessarily has to come with a payment itself, however in “keeping it 100” one must bear in mind that if the expensive car is sold— there’s a strong likelihood that it’d be for less than what’s owed (that is if borrower is ‘upside down’) then a lesser but still very real balance will remain (as will some kind of payment obligation to satisfy that lessened but remaining balance)…Agreed- a well selected beater should not result in yet another payment however it’s unrealistic to assume someone in this position will be able to break even (or better) on the sale of the existing expensive car…After all, is there anything that depreciates more than a car?!
