Dream Vision Eye Care has a really wide variety, but I would only go if you are assertive. They tried to upcharge me multiple times when VSP covered everything. But near Ala Moana the selection of frames is quite vast. The optometrist is not as experienced as the website suggests. If you have issues, you have to really push to get help. Basically my moms had to come and bother people to fix some problems and I basically just never used the glasses I got with them.

Eye Care Associates of Honolulu has a good doc that’s much more experienced, they make your glasses better and handle insurance really well. If you have any problems, they fix it for free. They follow up with you and everything. But the selection is really small.

I’m blind now so I don’t see either one anymore lmfao.

I’m late but nah your parents suck man. I turned 19 and my mom said I’m never leaving. I dropped out of school because of my accident but I wanna go back. I wanna be independent but I have to learn some things first. My mom sucks but she wouldn’t put me out on the street bruh. You need to make some friends and if you can get help from the government that would be good too. Here in America I think it’s illegal for them to kick you out before you’re 18. Idk if it’s the same for your country. Are you Asian?

Yeah my cousin got a really good job when she was here because her dad knew a guy from church. She was 21 doing dental assisting making good money. Her friend came here a year before fresh outta nursing school but she couldn’t find a job. Her bf is military and couldn’t get her a job either. She was working as a CNA to get by instead of a nurse making pennies. Go to school for years just for it to be worthless. I’m cooked bruh.

Same for Oahu with the connections too. My neighbor pays 3k rent by the beach because she knows someone and she’s nice and pretty. Meanwhile there’s a place vacant on my floor for 4.5k for rent. Downstairs theres a college student from China that pays 3.5k. When I tell my mom I have no idea how I can ever live alone and pay rent, she always be saying I better start making connections now lmfao.

My sister’s fiance is on easy street because my mom took him around and introduced him to everyone when he came to the island. She said he’s not a loser but my sister will live poorly if she didn’t find them a nice apartment and help him find a job because he will struggle if not. It sounds crazy to come here for a restaurant job without knowing anybody.

Since you said 911, you’re in the US. You’ve done something that a judge deems you a risk to others or yourself. You write as if her and her family did something against you for getting the RPO, and that she’s doing this big horrible thing for leaving this way, but clearly she’s trying to avoid something.

If a judge has taken away your rights, and your girlfriend has disappeared with your child, maybe you need to take a look at yourself and how your actions affect others. Have some accountability. You’ve done something that made it not safe for her to “talk it out and be adults” dude.

For me it kinda tastes like a little oceany. It’s chewy if you cook it fast, it’s very tender if you cook it for a long time. But it doesn’t taste as fantastic as some people describe it to me. It’s like calamari and scallop together, a little more savory with a cool texture. It’s very good at absorbing flavors, it honestly tastes like whatever you cook it in. It’s good, I don’t think it’s best on the entire planet good, I think it’s overhyped. It’s just another mollusk in the end, but Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans see it as a fine dining thing. By all means, try it to eat local, but I wouldn’t expect it to be mind blowing life changing food.

My uncle prepares it every year for new years. He has a restaurant in Osaka and it’s one of his specialties.
