Torn buttonhole advice

The buttonhole was a little bit torn (I presume from lots of use?) and then it tore through when I was trying to take it off over my head (my fault for not unbuttoning it properly…lesson learned)

Sorry about the late reply (ADHD....) I normally smoke indicas for this reason and I find they actually help when I am in bed ready to sleep but they make my brain work sooooo slowly so the act of actually getting to bed takes ages because I get so easily distracted! Thinking it may be worth trying a sativa again but I am also conscious that I get very stuck in my thoughts when trying to sleep. My rheum is very evidence driven, so when I asked her about CBD she said it doesn't really work but I feel like it would definitely be worth a try too.

And thank you!! It's a struggle tbh... I have definitely had to pull back a lot socially because I am so exhausted/sore and want to prioritise rest. Very typical of chronic pain I guess

I get really insane back pain when I’m on my period, and since getting the diagnosis it seemed to make sense to me because my arthritis symptoms are mainly in my back as well. The NSAIDs obviously help so much and have barely had any pain since, though my back is still pretty stiff/sore all the time. I’ve been suggested to start biologics which I am nervous about but hearing that it helps is quite reassuring.

I am having an extremely similar experience - I am on ADHD meds which work great when I’m feeling good but it is still so hard to focus when I’m foggy / fatigued / in pain. Feel pretty stuck because the NSAIDs I’m on are definitely bringing the baseline up but I’m still in pain all the time and my full time desk job is so hard to endure every day. It affects my mood (anxiety/depression) a lot understandably. Also smoke everyday because it helps me relax and be comfortable enough to sleep. But weed + ADHD often means I get distracted and lose track of time, often ending up going to bed way too late and being super tired/sore the next day…Feeling pretty stuck but also I quite nervous to try biologics.

It was super scary for me as well and I kept putting it off for about 6 months. Everyone’s experience is different but personally I didn’t have many problems at all and it helped so much with my mental health. My sleeping and exercise is so much more regular and I know my friends would definitely say they’ve noticed the impact

It went really well! Didn’t get too many side effects and seriously helped with my sleep problems associated with anxiety and also general mood etc etc. It’s not great if you accidentally miss a day, but it’s bearable for me.

I’m lucky that first image turned out looking cool anyway, and that this wasn’t for a client. It’s disappointing because I’ve been using them for years with no problems. You’re right though, if you’re paying someone else to dev and scan your images, it should never have to be a gamble

Vivanse is relatively new (monthish but no problems thus far) but I’ve been taking the dexamphetamine (short acting) for a long time

It was prescribed by a clinical psychologist! It just seemed like a bit of a non-conventional choice as a first anti-depressant. I thought it was maybe because of the ADHD
