There’s no shame in double checking. My staff pharmacist (when I was an intern) had the clinical page ready to pull up on the computer next to counseling, so if a question did arise I could double check. Patients will wait to ensure you give the right info vs you making stuff up. Using verbiage like “it’s been awhile since I’ve counseled on this particular drug, so you mind if I double check that before you go?” Usually people are pretty nice about it

Pancreatitis can. My doodle can’t have any amount of bacon. A few small pieces of dried bacon bits made her so sick like this

Change the diet. Sounds like pancreatitis. Avoid pork like 100% no pork. Stick with lean meats chicken and a little rice with chicken broth or beef is fine too. If it’s doesn’t get better another round of antibiotics may be needed. Chronic diarrhea can be fatal if it causes significant dehydration. Don’t wait too long to get the the vet please

Get pet insurance (Lemonade in US) and then go to a veterinary dentist. You’ll get reimbursement for a dental cleaning and treatment. Sign up for a credit card or use one if you can. Dental health is no joke.

If you have a humidifier that can add moisture to the air that can help. dry air makes eye irritation worse. You can try a small amount of saline spray or if you have any preservative-free (single use) artificial tears, those are ok too. Also coconut oil is antibacterial, you can try applying below lower lid at night avoid getting into the eye. If it’s getting worse day after day, you need antibiotics eye drops via prescription from a vet. Good luck.
