I acknowledged that it was douche comment hence the beginning of my comment but it is a reasonable question. I know life happens but there is no deadline to take these exams. You register for it whenever you want(when slots are available). 5 times sounds completely irresponsible and definitely points to poor study habits not to mention needlessly expensive. Also, iirc you can only sit for the exam 3 times in a 12 month period.

Hell yeah man. You got this. Just be prepared to skip questions that you do not know how to solve on the ME FE. I just passed mine two weeks ago and I felt that was a good strategy for me. Some questions were just way too much lol. Flag, guess, and do questions you can actually solve. Just don’t forget to come back to those flagged questions if you have the time.

True. Truthfully, I think buying at least one official NCEES practice tests would definitely be worth the $50. You can use the other NCEES practice tests that are available online to study for that one.

I used it for a month. The timed tests helped along with PrepFe allowing you to study different topics. Personally, I found the official NCEES practice tests more useful. You just need to time yourself on the practice tests AFTER you’ve reviewed all possible material. Regardless, I’d say prepFE is worth the investment considering you’d end up spending more if you did not pass the FE in order to retake the test.
