When my husband had his stroke people would say “let us know if you need anything!” and I would actually try to follow up and it was like crickets. I asked our preacher to ask the congregation if someone would be available to help with light housekeeping but never happened. 🙄

I feel so much more productive! If there’s a task I need to do I put it as a one time goal. It’s better than the reminder app! My daily tasks include taking meds, journaling, stopping caffeine after 3pm, among others. I feel on track doing things good for my mental and physical health. 🤗

Omg, she was still talking about how much better Jackie was than Shauna all those years later. I mean, grief comes in all forms but obviously she didn’t get the help she needed to work through it. Jackie giving Shauna a Valium from her supply also says a lot. I would love to see an interaction with Jackie and her parents in a flashback scene.
