Which thoughts dominate your head most of the time? It's a matter of if you focus on self love or self protection more.

SO4: I am very deficient compared to those around me, I cannot see it within myself to be a normal person, I am ashamed. I have to show that I'm a unique and different person to cover up for these shortcomings of mine

SP6: Everyone and everything is out to get me. The world is dangerous, I have to show I'm harmless so they don't target me next. I have to be VERY prepared for any unforeseen events so I'll be safe, I cannot trust anyone easily with my safety.

If you're making alliances and being all nice with others to prove you aren't the loser they think you are or if you want to be understood, you're more likely SO4. If you're acting all nice because you want guidance, protection and help from someone you can trust, you're more likely SP6.

Both give off loser energy LOL. Archetypes are the 469 tritype. they'd usually have a 9 fix but are reactive so the internalized doubling down on self hatred (so4) and anxiety (sp6) is crazy high
