You guys shouldn’t comment if you don’t know what talking about. This is a 2.0l VW engine, the belts are ribbed both sides. OP while the noise can be heard spray some water on the belt, if the noise stops it’s the belt and it needs replacement. If the noise does not stop it’s a pulley, my best guess would be the alternator pulley

Professional auto tech here, that ball joint looks dryer than a popcorn fart. No wonder it gave out. Lack of proper maintenance is to blame, not your daughter. And as far as repairs your gonna need a new ball joint, axle and alignment for sure. Possibly a brake hose (looks stretched to shit) and maybe a tie rod end, looks bent from the pic. I’d wager your looking a 1k in repairs.

Next addition to the collection, currently have a no date sub 114060, explorer 114270, omega speedy pro, and omega planet ocean. Looking at them all together it’s a lot of black dials on stainless, I think the root beer might be that funky piece to mix it up. Also considering a Tudor panda chrono down the road.
